Under minimal supervision, to provide diverse and confidential administrative, secretarial and support services to the director and division managers. May handle assignments that require a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures for the department/institution.
Key Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Hourly Wage:$16.50 - $21,800
High school diploma or GED and seven (7) years of secretarial or administrative experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred and may substitute for three (3) years of experience required
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
Heavy Outlook calendaring, general document editing, and general administrative duties such as processing reimbursements. Expertise in Word, Adobe and Outlook are required.
